I believe that Amatsu Therapy offers a transformative approach to physical balance and well-being, and I am committed to providing a pure and true representation of this ancient Japanese practice.
What Is the Amatsu Therapy?
Amatsu Therapy is rooted in the teachings of Toshitsugu Takamatsu, the last Ninja Warrior in Japan, who passed his knowledge on to Hatsumi, the current Grand Master of nine martial schools. Hatsumi now focuses on teaching Budo Taijutsu, or natural body movement, which is the foundation of Amatsu Therapy.
We have arrangements with health insurance companies:

“Lynda has an extraordinary capacity for healing and being treated by her has transformed my life.
After a few sessions of Amatsu with her, I am no longer opting for surgery to manage the chronic foot and hip pain I had developed over the past few years. This gentle and soothing treatment belies it’s power to realign and treat on many levels in the body. I now view my regular Amatsu treatments with Lynda as a vital part in managing my overall health and well-being.”

“I apologise in advance as this is going to be a long review but I owe so much to Lynda. I initially went to see Lynda in Feb 2019. I had been for a mammogram a few weeks prior and I found it quite rough to be honest. However, I obviously had a weakness in my neck & shoulder and the mammogram just brought it to the surface. A few days later, I got a pain on the left side of my neck that travelled to my shoulder, then down my arm and into my hand within a matter of a few days…
I cancelled the spine surgeon appt but remade it in November as my doctor gave out to me and said I should really get his opinion. So off I went, met the spinal surgeon and from the gecko, all he talked about was my need for a cervical spine operation. I refused as I was in zero pain (thanks to Lynda!!) but he persisted. I asked him could I have another scan to see if my situation had changed since the Amatsu (he threw his eyes to heaven when I mentioned Amatsu). On the 4th December 2019, I received a call from his secretary asking me what date I would like to have my operation. I was floored. I told her I needed to talk to my family as a neck operation was a massive decision for me. I also asked could I see the consultant again in the January.
It was only at that meeting that he admitted my cervical spine situation had improved. I was furious. Still am to be honest.
Fast forward 4 years, I am still in zero pain, exercise daily with HIIT, weights, yoga, cycling, running etc, all of those activities that I may not have been able to do post operation.
I’m not saying operations should never happen, but yes you should explore all options beforehand.
More recently, I went for 2 sessions with Lynda as a kind of Check Up. I know the body can slip back into its old ways. I was also heading away on my bicycle and I wanted to be in good shape before I left. My lower back can hurt me a little with a lot of climbing, but this did not happen on hols. I was so chuffed!
To say I owe so much to Lynda is a huge understatement. She is my Amatsu therapist for life. Yes it is such a subtle, gentle treatment, but my word is it effective. Try it for yourself and believe in your own body’s ability to heal.”
